The Impact of Home Work on Children Intelligence

Teachers, parents, and psychologists have been at loggerheads about homework’s benefits for kids’ education for decades. There are many who believe that homework is an important way to help students retain information and grow as learners, while others claim that it can cause stress and dampen a student’s enthusiasm for school. This essay will investigate the effect of homework on children’s intellect by looking at the issue from several angles and analysing relevant studies.

As a starting point, we’ll examine the many ways in which homework helps students. If done properly, homework may help a kid succeed in school by reinforcing what they’ve learned, encouraging independent study, and fostering the growth of critical thinking and problem solving. A child’s intelligence can benefit from parental involvement in their schooling, which this programme facilitates.

On the other hand, there is no linear correlation between time spent on homework and IQ. In the essay’s second section, I’ll go over some of the ways in which homework might hurt students.
